After the massive success of our inaugural night at The Marshal Rooms, we are returning to the fantastic Malthouse Bar & Kitchen for our CrazyBird Comedy & Food night. With supreme Stand-Up comedy and tantalising burgers, you are in for a treat!

It is a pleasure to welcome back MC for the evening, fans favourite, the inimitable Geoff Whiting. Geoff will draw on his 20 years’ experience in the industry to ensure the night gets off to a flyer and will ensure that both audience and acts alike are enjoying themselves.

Opening proceeding will be the very talented Andrew Bird. Andrew hails from Northamptonshire and moved to London to pursue a career in stand-up. He worked in a bar where he practised making the regulars laugh before his career in live comedy took off. Since then, Andrew has become a top headline act up and down the UK as well as performing around the world from Dublin to Doha. He has also supported Rhod Gilbert and Lee Hurst on tour, and been the warm-up artist for TV shows including Nevermind The Buzzcocks, Room 101 and Pointless. Andrew is also a writer in demand having written for series such as 8 Out Of 10 Cats and Mock The Week. Andrew is currently supporting Michael McIntyre on his current UK tour.

Packing the middle section is the hilarious Ian Miller. His sets usually revolve around comics, cartoons and not getting laid much, and has been described as 'A bit weird but really funny'.

Joining Ian in the middle will be Winner of The Welsh Unsigned Stand-Up Award Josh Elton. Busker turned comedian, Josh, is multi-talented and hilarious! Originally from Swansea, Josh blends observations, satire and music into an immensely funny performance dripping with confidence and self-deprecation in equal measure.

Closing the evening is the fantastic Tim Clark 'An unsung hero of stand-up comedy - the current master of this underrated art' - Guardian. Comedian, writer and actor Tim Clark is one of the brightest lights on the national comedy scene and a familiar face on television. His regular appearances at live venues throughout the country and especially at The Comedy Store and Jongleurs keep his wit sharp and his material fresh.
