12:30pm - 1:15pm: Champagne Deutz - the Pinot Noir Heritage. Founded in the village of Aÿ in 1838, Deutz is one of the most illustrious Grand Marques, a significant proportion of their production comes from their own vineyards and the top crus of Champagne. The house style is all about finesse and precision, with wines of beautiful purity. One of only a handful of houses to use only the most delicate first-press juice, around 40% of reserve wines also contributes complexity and depth.
2:00PM: CROATIA, THE WINE WORLD'S HIDDEN GEM £10.00 (£10.00) Transaction fee applicable * Sold out
2:00pm - 2:45pm: Croatia, the Wine World's Hidden Gem. with Provic Winery. Joining us from her family estate in Croatia is Monika Provic, who will introduce the stunning vineyard geography of the unique Neretva river Delta, not far from Dubrovnik. Like Chablis, the delta is rich in seashell fossils, as it lies only two kilometres from the Ocean. Monika will pour six of her family's wines spanning both local specialities like Zlatarica, to her top Bordeaux blends, for which the area is famous. We will have the opportunity to taste the latest release of their top red blend, and compare it with a more mature example.
3:30PM: COOL CHARDONNAY WITH HOWARD PARK WINES £12.00 (£12.00) Transaction fee applicable *
3:30pm - 4:15pm: A study in cool climate Chardonnay with Howard Park Wines. NOTE: You must already hold a Festival admission ticket to attend this masterclass. Howard Park is one of the great names of Western Australian wine. Widely regarded as one of the country's top regions for Chardonnay, Western Australia is considered a cool-climate vine-growing area in general. Howard Park produces Chardonnay in both Margaret River, and an even cooler area - the coolest in Australia - called Great Southern. An increasing number of people are very excited by the potential of Great Southern, and this masterclass will compare and consider Chardonnays from both, as well as how they age.

* The transaction fee is £0.00 for E-ticket (Print-at-home) or £2.50 for Standard Delivery.

Please note that this fee is per transaction and not per ticket.
