In celebration of his brand new album 'Imagine This Is A High Dimensional Space of All Possibilities' out 31st March via his own Border Community Recordings, electronic producer/DJ James Holden will be performing in Brighton  for this very special headline show. The album is the first since 2017's The Animal Spirits ("Dramatic, colourful and Holden’s fullest-sounding work yet" 9/10 Loud And Quiet).

James Holden is a British electronic music DJ, record producer, and record label founder, who's 20+ year career has spanned many subgenres in the electronic realm including IDM, trance, progressive, and minimal techno to name a few. Holden as a DJ, Producer, and artist, is constantly striding towards musical greatness through subgenre diversity, experimental sound, vast use of instrumentation and compositional structures, and collaboration with other artists. Holden is indeed a renaissance man endorsing both futuristic electronic components and organic musical concepts all meshed with exciting explorations of complex rhythm and resonant soundscapes.

The British techno sorcerer and psychedelic shaman James Holden is a man of many talents: zeitgeist-defining label boss, trend-setting producer, hugely in-demand monster remixer.. A string of hugely-influential and often-imitated monster remixes of everyone from pop princesses Madonna and Britney Spears, right through the indie pop cannon of Depeche Mode, New Order, Radiohead and Mercury Rev, to electronic trailblazers Nathan Fake and Kieran Hebden & Steve Reid cemented his place as a mainstay of DJ record boxes everywhere, and Holden's global dancefloor domination is complete. Live he mixes electronic and jazz in a dance senseability.
