What our shows offer for everyone's safety:
-All tickets are seated and may only be booked in advance for bubbles of 2 to 4 people venue dependant.
-All bookings bubbled bookings should be from the same household or support bubble as per government advice.
-Staggered customer entry and exit - as well as a one-way system - to provide social distance spacing and to ensure no socialising or mingling can be done with different household bubbles. A venue manager will call you a few days in advance.
-Spacious spacing between parties.
-Drinks table service with card payments only to avoid customer movement and for safe distancing.
-Personal protection is provided for customers if not supplied (a visor and/or mask must be worn in our venues) and all members of staff will wear face coverings and gloves throughout service too.
-Individual customer guest lists which ensure your personal data is safe - and allow us to be in line with mandatory UK government rules - will be used for venue check-in. A name, phone number and email from each attending member of a party will be noted and safely destroyed after 21 days. The NHS Covid-19 app will be available for check-in at our Newcastle venue. A short questionnaire and temperature check are also taken upon entry.
-Touch free and touch hand sanitizer stations or sprays are available throughout the venue.
-One-way entrance and exit routes throughout the venue.
-Aired and distanced shows should we hot multiple per day.
-Increased anti-bacterial cleaning for touch points and steam cleaning for seating, walls and floors at the start and end of each show.
