Nierra Creek have quickly made a name for themselves on the live music circuit, with their uniquely energetic, theatrical yet intimate live shows.
The band have crafted their live performances around "human connection" to captivate audiences across the UK and Europe in an inclusive and refreshing way.
As flat mates, Ryan and Seb do everything with a DIY approach. Inspired by the likes of James Blake, Oneohtrix point never, Dijon, Jim-E Stack and the rare moments of being amongst nature.
Writing the new EP in the remote country landscape where Ryan grew up, helped shape the story of isolation and the craving for social connection. The lyrics elicit the feeling of expressing oneself whilst simultaneously feeling disconnected from the world. A self analysing and introspective deep dive that almost anyone could relate to.
The band are collaborating with Brighton based promoter and boutique record label Folklore Records, to release a limited edition 7" Vinyl, set for September 2024.
The guys have worked closely with Daniel Lovrinov (Sega Bodega, PC Music, Off licence Magazine, Jianbo), Ben Hardy (Alfie Templeman, Nell Mescal), Tiara Westlake (Lexie Carroll, TILT) and Ann Graack (Divorce, Framelines) on their aesthetic, to achieve a nostalgic yet modern visual that coincides with their enigmatic sound.
"Maddie and I just totally fell for these guys, Nierra Creek are this week's fave find"
- Sarah Gosling (Radio X)
