A NIGHT OF ART, LIGHT INSTALLATIONS, NEW MUSIC, POETRY, PERFORMANCE, GHOST STORIES & COCKTAILS
BRING YOUR OWN BEAMER - An inspirational light installation, curated by Lumen Studios. 10 light artists bring their own projectors to create a breathtaking art work for one night only. There will also be an exhibition by Melanie King, showing work from her project 'Ancient Light', printed using traditional photographic techniques.
SPACE POET DOM CONLAN - Reciting his work & also master of cermonies.
SOUND ARTIST XAVIER VELASTIN - specially commissioned for the #NQLWeekend he will perform a work inspired by the sounds of the River Irwell.
EMILY OLDFIELD, POET - Exploring when dusk begins and ends.
CARMEL SMICKERSGILL - Currently at the RNCM, she is already an award winning co,psoer, featured on Radio 3. She will perform using digital and electronic instruments and devices.
ROOM 1985 - About to release a new album and tour the UK &USA, their powerful sound will fill the church with rock /electronic sounds.
LAUREN ASHELY CARTER - Cult horror actor Lauren will tell ghost stories in the darkened crypt of the church.
YATIE REYES - Providing the soundtrack for the evening
