The Garage takes the needs of disabled customers and those with specific access requirements very seriously and actively encourages all patrons to attend the events scheduled at the venue. For any direct queries regarding access, please email the venue at accessibility@thegarage.london.

On the evening of the event, we advise disabled customers and those with specific access requirements to arrive at the venue 15 minutes prior to the doors opening, accompanied, where required and approved in advance by a personal assistant over 18 years of age who will be admitted free of charge. The free personal assistant ticket is available to customers that are registered disabled . The paid-for ticket needs to be booked in advance. Wheelchairs can gain access at street level via front of house to the ground floor level. There are no viewing restrictions. Please note there is no direct backstage disabled access. Unfortunately, there is no wheelchair access available to the upstairs room, Thousand Island. Please check where the advertised performance will take place via our website or the website of any of our authorised ticket retailers before continuing with your purchase.
