Bustin' out of Liverpool, UK, Trudy and The Romance are ready to woo with the mutant 50s pop and self-declared alligator rock-n-roll of their eagerly-anticipated album Sandman.
Including a highlight summer festival performance at Green Man, the band's live show offers 'a clutch of weak-knee ballads and twisting hits'. Their recent biggest headline show to date, a sell-out at London's Moth Club lays down a marker for what's to come. They're set to let their unique doo-wop sound loose in Austin, Texas, as an official SXSW showcase act for 2019. There's also a Huw Stephen's Maida Vale session under their belts, and 'Artist of the Week' recognition from Steve Lamacq.
