Join BBC Good Food Magazine for an exclusive oyster masterclass and tasting at Wright Brothers Battersea, situated beside the iconic grade II listed Battersea Power Station with views of the River Thames. This is a rare chance to get in-depth tuition from the oyster experts and founders of Wright Brothers - Ben Wright and Robin Hancock. The evening will include a glass of Champagne on arrival and canapes, a talk from the experts (their adventures - how Wright Brothers started, oyster farming, opening restaurants as well as dispelling the myths, understanding health benefits and learning how incredible these tiny molluscs are), an oyster demo and an oyster tasting paired with wine.
You will taste your way around the British Isles and France, by eating six natural, three dressed and three cooked oysters, paired with 2 glasses of wine.
Please arrive at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start.
The class will end at 9pm and, if guests would like to dine after, you will receive 20% off food.
