Woodkid

Yoann Lemoine (born 1983) is a French music video director, film director, and musician. His most notable works include his music video direction for Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream", Taylor Swift's single "Back to December" and Mystery Jets' "Dreaming of Another World". His AIDS Awareness campaign Graffiti has received many prizes and has been viewed more than 10 million times on YouTube. Between 2009 and 2010, he received 5 Lions for his films at the Cannes Lions Advertising festival. Lemoine's films are produced by Hype Williams and David LaChapelle's American production company HSI. Lemoine has gone on to create music, and is an alternative indie artist, going by the stage name Woodkid. On March 28, 2011, Woodkid released his first EP Iron EP. For the music video for the single "Iron", he collaborated with English top model Agyness Deyn. The song was featured in a trailer for Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Revelations. On October 15th 2011, during his first world tour as Woodkid, he sang on stage with Lana Del Rey in New York City and created the video for her song "Born to Die".
