Rated 5 out of 5 by from Medically sound A very entertaining evening, although timings were strange for a Sunday night in London. Info should have mentioned warmup and early interval.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great show Fantastic show mixing humour and experiences from someone who knows what it is like to work in the NHS. Adam Kay is obviously very talented as well as funny. The comic songs were genius and made the event really stand out. It was great that he ended on a political note defending the NHS and all who work in it too. I had already read his book but the show added so much more to it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting We’d heard Adam interviewed on the radio so I bkd tkts. We really enjoyed the show. We didn’t really know what to expect. Not sure if it was the sound or the medical jargon but we felt we really needed to concentrate on what he was saying during the show.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant! I went to this event and enjoyed it immensely, seated in row E, near an aisle. The warm up act Mark Watson was very funny. adam brought vividly to life his amazing book. Spoke to him and got him to sign my book afterwards. Never felt so secure as with loads of clinicians and paramedics in the house. Adam's mum was there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant, funny, sad, very open book. It was a delight to read the candid tales of life as a junior doctor in the NHS. I have worked in the NHS for 25 years, and this book has enlightened me as to what our junior doctors do on a day to day basis and what they are expected to do. I admire them so much. This is a very good read and will be even better hearing Adam tell these tales himself.
