Don’t waste your time go to the baby show instead
We have attended the baby show on a number of occasions and were expecting this to be similar. However this was a waste of time the show occupied one of the smaller halls at the NEC most of which was taken up by the NECs own catering there were less than 20 stalls there and the vast majority of products were aimed at babies not toddlers we are expecting our second child soon and expected to find a range of suitable products- we brought nothing at all from the show as we already have furniture and a pushchair (of which the choice was extremely limited) it took us longer to walk back to our car than it did to look around the show.

More Baby Than Toddler
This event had a lot of promise from the title but when I arrived, the products were aimed at babies.
My daughter is one years old So I would have thought this show would have been ideal for me, especially before Christmas.
I would have liked non spill cups and suction plates etc. Something along those lines as well as possible toys for her age group. Even the good read books were paperback. So most of my disappointment was from that.
However, the positives were the activities for the children to play with whilst there, such as the ride on train and soft play. That was a good touch. And there were some good deals to be had like the £1 bag of goods... But that too could be aimed at age rather than gender.
Overall, more stalls are needed to combine both types of ages. I visited The Baby Show previously and that was more baby and toddler than this event.

Overrated, Not as good as the Baby Show.
Having visited the Baby show we expected something similar. The event was very small with few stalls. The same stalls were here that appeared at the Baby Show. This should have been named mini-Baby show.
It also seemed like a waste of money, no substantial discounts on the products. It was like paying to enter a shop.
The event didn't offer anything for the entry fee. I wouldn't attend again and would advise people to just enter a shop if they require baby products. If shops started charging you entry fees people would kick off.
Not sure what the ticket price covered.

Waste of money
we went to the baby show earlier this year and wasn't overwhelmed by that, smaller than we thought it was going to be but in comparison to the baby and toddler event this weekend it was amazing. The baby and toddler event was a waste of time and money, I'd originally bought tickets for the Saturday but was unable to make it so put them on the fan selling site like recommended and then bought more tickets for the Sunday instead hoping the other tickets would sell and if not then being aware I'd loose my money. On the Saturday I received an email to say I could have used those tickets for the Sunday so was annoyed I hadn't been informed about this earlier before purchasing more tickets. Then when I approached them on the day about this they wouldn't offer a refund. Over all an utter shambles, same sort of stalls as the baby show but not half as many, an overpriced coffee and food stall, not thought out at all, for example, the feeding area being the opposite end to the changing area. We had arrived at 10 and left by 11:30, baring in mind that time included us parking and walking to the event, walking around it, having a coffee break, feeding my daughter and a loo break, then walking walk to the car park, paying and leaving, none of this was rushed, so it just goes to show how small the event was. Very disappointing. Would definitely not go again or recommend it to anyone else.
