Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just desserts. Blancmange in concert A great night full of fun, classic songs, new tracksand a chance for pics and autographs with Neil Arthur afterwards. Being the end of the tour, we were treated to a rare rendition of Don't Tell Me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Getting better with age I hadn’t seen Blancmange for a few years but thought the latest album was their strongest in a long time so thought I’d make the effort. I’ve been to Under The Bridge a couple of times before and think it is probably the best of its size in London; great sound, lights and screens and a decent view from most parts of the floor. Neil was in very fine form and played a good mixture of the new and recent albums with the classics. Still not sure why he doesn’t go for the high bits in ‘Waves’ as I’m sure he’s more than capable. The encore felt slightly truncated as he exited the stage quite early leaving the band to finish off but all in all it was a fine performance with quips a plenty and some excellent attempts at dancing. I’d a band still makes you smile this much then you should definitely go and see them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Neil Arthur is exceptional. Seen at the Hare and Hounds in Birmingham. A small upstairs venue but good sound and intimate, especially when Neil Arthur walks through the crowd to get to his room. Not that I stayed but Neil also signed march after the gig.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic... Neil Arthur is what we need now Powerful and creative... Not just a rehash of the 80s hits (good as they are) but also great current sounds

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Timeless Having seen Howard Jones and soft cell recently it was no great step to jump at the chance to see another synth favourite of the eighties. I'm glad I did my research and listen to the new album as it was obviously heavily featured. They didn't disappoint, the sound was faithfully reproduced and the benefit of the smaller venue is that the sound is amazing and immediate. Thoroughly enjoyable and a fantastic evening. Special mention to the warm up act, I think he said Peter Shakespeare, I could be wrong, but he definately got the feet tapping. Will defiantly catch them next time around. Outstanding
