Cancelled - Lack of communication!!
Drove to Mold in Wales on Sunday 9 April 2017 in the afternoon and booked in at the hotel, looking forward to hearing Bonfire for the first time. Drove over to the Tivoli for 7.10pm, only to find it shut. Asked a local lady, who happened to know the owner of the Tivoli. She gave us a number of a restaurant that he owns. The person we spoke lied about his ownership but the lady told them she had served him recently when she was "waiting on". Rang See Tickets who found out that the owner had cancelled the gig but failed to tell See Tickets. See Tickets have since refunded the money for the concert but we were stuck with the cost of a hotel, meals and petrol money. I don't blame See Tickets but I do blame the owner for not contacting them so they could tell me the concert had been cancelled. Bought tickets on 26/11/16 as a special birthday treat for my wife. What a disappointment! Not received an apology from Tivoli owner to date. I warn people who book concerts at the Tivoli to be aware, they may be out of pocket and disappointed if this is how the owner treats customers who book in advance.
