We only went to this festival on the Sunday. It was fairly close to where we live which was a bonus. We liked the line up of acts on both Saturday and Sunday but could only make this event on the one day. When we arrived, the organisation of the car park was on point, the security staff we spoke to on entry to the event were very friendly and not intimidating at all. Searches of small bags took place on arrival and the singing nun on entry to the festival was hilarious and made the day start very comfortably. It was quite busy but not rammed which was great, the weather was glorious and the acts were brilliant. Even though prices of food and drink were a bit high I suppose this is expected at such events but the variety of food and drink stalls would accommodate every taste. No long queues either at these stalls. The toilets did not create too much of a queue either. There was another stage with other groups performing if you did not want to listen to one of the main acts on the main stage. There was also a Ministry of Sound Marquee which was playing music too. A fun fair with a good selection of rides was at the event too. You could camp if you pre booked and this is definitely something we will be doing next year if the event goes ahead next year. All in all this event was brilliantly organised, it was family orientated and we felt safe. Well done to the organisers, you did a great job!!
