Dionne did not disappoint
I went with my sister to see Dionne Warwick at the Royal Albert Hall. I had read some mixed reviews so went with an open mind. Dionne was fantastic, sure she is not in her prime but she sung songs she was famous for as well as crowdpleasers by other artists, including Karen Carpenter, Dusty Springfield and Cilla Black. Dionne also sang a duet with her son (who also played vocals) and her granddaughter towards teh end of teh programme. Dionne covered alot of music and I heard my personal favourites such as Walk on By, Heartbreaker and That's What Friends are for. I left knowing I'd seen a real legend, while she is past her prime, she still gave great vocals and her charisma and stage presence was something special to behold.

Unbelievable performance by legendary artists hits all the notes and more!
Dear Freinds, I attended the ALBERT HALL event and never have i experienced such a flawless show, unique with a few surprise duets. Dionne sings and sounds like she is 21. When other legends fall apart after 50, this woman almost sounds better then ever if this is possible? She is graceful, gives a full 2 hours show that keeps you humming. I produce concerts for fundraisers all over the world,. so, please believe me that this show is somethignn wonderful to experience. All the audience held their breath to hear if she could hit one particular high note and ... she did..and she held it. ///the audience gave her standing ovatroins. /also noteworthy, her son on drums, who is one kick- as-- singer. her gorgeous granddaughter rounds out the last few songs with an earthy rendition and powerful punnch to thats what friends are for" This concert is something you should treat yourself to. ,..no matter whart your age or your musical preference, you experience a star and a star, is a star, is a star!
