What people are saying about Echo And The Bunnymen

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Band There playing The Albert Hall in Manchester not London and the acoustics are fantastic.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great songs but not the best venue It’s 35 years since I saw this band and while they are not the most lively on stage the songs have definitely stood the test of time. My issue was the venue. The sound was not great with, for example, boomy bass and muddy vocal reproduction. When Ian spoke we could hardly hear him.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant band , great acoustics Fantastic band , great acoustics , 2 nd visit to the Engine rooms , good venue but not much else about as in an industrial estate , plenty of parking for free

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous night Went to Northampton to see them. Great atmosphere & venue was just right. Although tracks have been slightly changed they were updated just right for live performance- although Never Stop such be faster! Would have liked Back of Love on their playlist as that’s my fav song. A Promise would have been good too - but my list is that long the gig would go on for at least another hour. Loved the evening - hope to watch them again soon? Great memories, just like the ones I had watching them over 30 years ago

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rolled back the years Seen the bunnyment loads since the 80's but not for ages. I'm not a massive fan of the sun the moon and the stars so was unsure what to expect, stripped down versions as per the new album or 'proper' versions of their best songs...…. it was the latter and they were brilliant at it ……. all one and a half hours of it :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointing. Echo and the Bunnymen at Warwick Arts Centre was enjoyable, but disappointing. The venue is excellent. I'd give it 8.5 out of 10. The seating is confined as with most venues, apart from that very good. McCulloch and co were tight and played all their best known tracks. Their drummer is brilliant on the kit. Disappointed there was no string section, given the latest album and McCulloch's vocals weren't up to scratch ! Came back for the encore and did one song. Overall I'd give the gig 6 and a half out of 10 and no house points ! !! Could do better.
