Possibly the best live band in the land
A full on rock n roll rollercoaster of a gig. Jim Jones and the Righteous Mind go from strength to strength with new songs that are already classics and a high energy performance that puts them in a league of their own - stunning!

Waterloo.
Barn storming set in a great venue. Just a shame the crowd was disappointingly small.

Possibly the gig of the 2
I go to a minimum of 3/4 gigs a month and I have to say that this has to be the best so far the lantern is a great little venue and Jim Jones played some great DIRTY ROCK AND ROLL

Jim Jones and the Righteous Mind - the greatest there is live at the moment.
My fourth time seeing JJ & RM and they have never yet disappointed. From the moment they hit the stage to the moment they leave they have the crowd in the palm of their hands. A very enthusiastic crowd added to the event. Always (always) I leave the event with a big s**t-eating grin on my face (put that on the poster) through the sheer joy of the event and I am not alone. This is what live music is supposed to be about. Supporting small venues with great music. Jim Jones, Gavin Jay, Matt Millership, Mal Troon and the utterly brilliant Phil Martini keep everything moving throughtout the night bringing you to up and then down. Even just accompanying themselves with drums and percussion and Jim's voice keeps the whole crowd on the edge. Saw JJ & RM for the 1st time at the Square in Harlow (now no longer with us - about to be torn down by developers after 35 years of existence). Long may they reign.
Next gigs in the UK not for a couple of months so will have to see where in Europe I can make it to. Will try and take the wife for a long weekend as she it yet to see them,
Great venue - 1st time there but worth the 160 miles round trip. My friend and old band mate also thoroughly enjoyed them and made a big impression. Being music goers for the past 40 years does not make us easily pleased but Jim Jones and the band set a high water mark for all to follow.

Very good!
Jim Jones and new band on a Wednesday night? - had to go from Mcr to Leeds to witness this... well worth it!
When any band plays every song they have recorded (?) including B sides not on their only LP it really does give a sense of this is happening now! Venue really good too.

Fantastic Gig
What a fantastic set the boys played. So much energy and pace. Lovely to meet the boys and Jim at the end. Would have loved them to play for longer
