What people are saying about JOSEFIN ÖHRN + THE LIBERATION

Rated 4 out of 5 by from #50at50 - Josefin starts my musical challenge This year I turn 50 & Josefin Ohrn are the first of my 10 new musical experiences that I'm undertaking as part of 50 new experiences. Enjoyable gig, all music & no chat. A little short at 47 minutes with no encore, but excellent sound. Nice to chat with Josefin after the gig too. Recommend seeing the band if you get the opportunity.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Get it loud in libraries I bought tickets to this gig after hearing Lauren Laverne on BBC6 music mentioning the gig. I hadn't been to a gig in a library before so this was a new and pleasant experience. Josefin has an immense amount of stage presence which was enhanced by the psychedelic video art at the back of the stage. I really enjoyed this being a smaller, more intimate gig. I would definitely go and see this band again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rather disappointing I was really looking forward to this gig as i have been listening to Josefins music recently and i'm loving it. After the first support band finished we waited for the second to come on, a few people were setting up then disappeared for about 40 mins. We did not get told anything then Josefin came on, fair enough, only one support. When the band started the sound quality was really bad. Unfortunately it did not improve. There was a lot of vibrating, feedback and you couldn't here the singing properly. Most of the time we had no idea what song was being played. We moved from the front to the back to see if it was better, it wasn't. I can't blame the band but no sound engineer seemed to notice or care. I spoke to a few people in the audience who thought the same. Very disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fab Tuesday Lots of comments afterwards re sound quality. I was up front for DOMICILES and sound was great. Domiciles are awesome. Was at back for Josefin Ohrn and there were vocals/bass issues. Venue sold out. All in all excellent way to spend a Tuesday
