Lovely workshop with the incredible Kylee Newton
I went to this event after getting some experience making jams and chutneys but being a bit fearful of the fermenting process. Kylee really put us all at ease and went into such great detail about how to make your own Kimchi and Sauerkraut. All the equipment and ingredients were provided, and we all ended up taking 1 jar of each home. The class was lovely and small so we got a lot of individual attention and could ask her any questions that came up. The pub was light and airy and a great atmosphere. So so so happy I went and I will be sure to sign up to more events with Kylee - a true inspiration!
