What people are saying about Matthew And The Atlas

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bloody wonderful, as always I can't say enough good things about these guys, and it was great to see them on a stripped back tour where Matt Hegarty's voice (which is what I imagine a fine, oak-aged whiskey would sound like) could really shine through. Only complaint is that they didn't come to Bristol on that tour so we had to make a 2 hour round trip and pay the bridge toll (booooo!).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great sound, not long enough. Although we knew that this was a church hall, after the previous concert at the Haunt we expected a similar experience as far as length of concert and band size, for this we were disappointed. In saying this the production and sound was first class, it didn't sound like a live concert which was a delight. We love the music and would go again. PS, the beer was too expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favourite event! So intimate! This is a small atmospheric venue with a lot to offer in terms of experience! I loved every moment! Was here for my 3 year anniversary with my boyfriend hearing our favourite band play 'our song'. It was an amazing night to say the least!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A rising star Went to see Matthew and The Atlas supported by Sam Airey at The Haunt Brighton on Tuesday 31st January. A very enjoyable experience, the venue is small but has an excellent and feels comfortable. Both support and headline band came on stage at the time they were supposed to which makes a real pleasant change. Sam Airey is worth keeping an eye on has some good songs but he did murder No Surrender. Matthew and The Atlas get better and better whenever I see them, this is the third time, first as a headline act, worth tracking.
