Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gig! Went to the Roundhouse with a few friends and saw a fantastic show in a great venue. Heard songs I thought I would never hear live, far too many to name.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great band and set but shame about venue! This was my first ever gig at the roundhouse and came away very disappointed. Nick and the band were totally brilliant and was great to hear early Floyd classics but I felt the promotor sold too many tickets for this gig. We were standing quite near the back and we were constantly getting shoved and pushed around as people were trying to see. It was ridiculously hot in the venue that night too which didn’t help and in the end we all left early which was a real shame!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from To see Nick Mason in the very city where Pink Floyd started out! Right from the very first song, the memories came flooding back of the early days of Pink Floyd. Starting with Interstellar Overdrive closely followed by Astronomy Domine. The venue itself, The Corn Exchange in Cambridge is quite something. Some of the songs were so familiar that I started to sing along, Arnold Lane, See Emily Play and Bike. One moving part of the show was the dedication to the man who formed the Pink Floyd, Roger (Syd) Barrett. And it has been 50 years since Nick Mason last played in The Corn Exchange. It was a fantastic night!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic opportunity to hear early Pink Floyd It was a rare opportunity to hear pre dark sis if the moon Floyd played by an original band member Nick Mason and a great group of musicians , who demonstrated a great understanding of the variety of different musical styles that early Pink Floyd played .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great music, greedy venue oversold tickets We arrived just as Nick and the band came on. Initially we thought we’d be able to get away from the doors and into the venue but the Cambridge Corn Exchange was ram packed. Me and my pals had all travelled some miles for the gig and were really looking forward to it but the experience through overcrowding spoilt the night. One of the bar supervisors tried to suggest this was what “bigger gigs” were like. Having been going to all sorts of gigs, raves and festivals for about 30years his attitude was unwelcome, “there are spaces nearer the front” we were told. Strange then that some people just left the gig early as they couldn’t tolerate the crush. Two of my pals got moved to the upper balcony area by a kind security guy and later I managed to sneak up there too. It was evident from this aerial view that his comments were just garbage, the entire hall was totally packed. I’d suggest that the venue sells a few less tickets and make the events there more enjoyable for fans even if this means having to push the prices up a little.
