What people are saying about NZCA Lines

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NZCA Lines Were Incredible The gig was fantastic. NZCA Lines captivated the crowd throughout and finished their set with their most well-known songs which got everyone dancing. The venue was fantastic as well. I had never been to a gig at the Soup Kitchen before but I'll definitely go back. It's a place with great character.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gig After hearing their last 2 singles on Radio 6, I bought tickets for myself and some friends. We weren't disappointed. The venue was great over 3 floors with a bar / restaurant downstairs, event room in the middle and cocktail bar on the top floor. The drink was good ( live beer!!) and the cocktails also fab. The band are all super talented, great sound for a 3 piece. Great back drop, super stylish and very nice to talk to (especially considering I had drunk a few cocktails by that point!) Purchased their new album and it has some great tracks, would definitely go and see again :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NZCA Lines - Manchester Soup Kitchen This was the first gig of a small tour to support the new album. The venue was great and NZCA were all dressed in white looking pretty sexy and futuristic, which is a nice image as well as being three extremely talented musicians. I had heard most of the album streamed online prior to its release, and bearing in mind this was the first public outing I was hugely impressed by how it was recreated - nerves were hidden well and the soundman did " a reet good job". Jessica and Do it Better were highlights as catchy tunes I could easily remember the next day, despite a few pints (my mate Dave was driving). Brilliant recreations of Two Hearts (an earworm for me for about 3 weeks now) and also Persephone Dreams which ended in Daft Punk/Ratatat style uplifting fuzzy guitar solo'(s) (??) from both Charlotte and Michael - who constantly swapped between synths/guitar/bass. Sarah played some electronic drums and pads, and sang backing vocals which all fitted perfectly. As it was the first gig it all seemed quite flawless even to a critical ear. I cant wait to see them again.
