Please select a time to visit Orchids and explore the wonders of Indonesia at Kew's 25th annual orchid festival.

How do the timeslots work?

A selection of early-bird tickets will be available in the run-up to Orchids. Then from Monday 27 January, we will release more ticketed timeslots each Monday for the following week. The final week's tickets will be released on 24 February.

Please note, booking a timeslot for Orchids does not include entry to Kew Gardens. You can buy a ticket to enter the Gardens here or find out about becoming a member.

Orchids

All visitors to Orchids will need a ticket to enter.

Please arrive at the Princess of Wales Conservatory within 15 minutes of your timeslot starting. Entry cannot be guaranteed for people arriving more than 15 minutes after the start of their timeslot.

There are two types of free tickets to choose from depending on how far in advance you're booking, early bird and standard. Find out more about the two ticket types below.

Useful information for your visit

  • Please arrive at the Princess of Wales Conservatory within 15 minutes of your timeslot starting. Entry cannot be guaranteed for people arriving more than 15 minutes after the start of their timeslot.

  • Entry to Orchids is through the south entrance of the Princess of Wales Conservatory, which is the entrance closest to Victoria Gate and the Palm House.

  • You will need to present your timed ticket at the entry to the glasshouse, please have this ready to be scanned.

  • Buggies will not be allowed into the Princess of Wales Conservatory, a buggy park will be available for use at the entrance to the glasshouse.

  • Mobility scooters will not be allowed into the Princess of Wales Conservatory, wheelchairs will be available at the entrance to the glasshouse on a first come, first served basis.
