An evening of rousling rich electro-acoustic sounds
I went to see indie songsters Passport to Stockholm on Friday up North (London). There was great energy to the performance fronted by Barney, songs such as “Chemistry” and “All at Once were certainly crowd-pleasers and the cello brings a richness to their overall sound. They have a rapidly proliferating fan base which was clearly evident on the night. The cover of “I took a Pill in Ibiza” showed a different side to the band with the addition of some well mastered flute playing. There was an encore of “I wanted it more” (we did!) and new tune “Better Days” with its jolly summer sound made a great close to the show. If this review inspires you to do anything buy the EP and check out these guys live.
