I felt really, really sorry for this band - that they had chosen the Brudenell for their leeds venue. There must've has only been 50 people in to see what is a class act with a really good texan sound - a mix of blues, rock, tex mex and everything. They tried their level best, but the audience (apart from a few of us) didn't really get behind them - no dancing - even though its a standing venue. Shame. Plus they were only on for just over an hour ( place shut at 11) - so didn't get to play my favourite tracks - Fox is in the Hen House and Ain't no Kid . Thats why I haven't got a photo or video - I was waiting for one of those tracks! I only hope they did/do better with the rest of their UK tour. It didn't help that the Brudenell had another gig going on in the next room - not too dissimilar and at the same time (?) The part of the venue that QCNH was playing in is dark and dingy and not much to write home about. Plus advice - don't go to a music gig on a Sunday !
