Group Bookings
Groups - 10% off group bookings of 10 people or more (Full price or Junior tickets only). Please email RPIRgroups@seetickets.com to make a Group booking.

Own Skates 
Skaters bringing own skates eligible for 50% off, from box office only on the day of skating, available on presentation of skates. Only available for full price and junior tickets. Not available for advance tickets

Advance Bookings
To be sure of your skating session, please book online in advance. There is a £1 additional charge per ticket for all bookings via Box Office on-site, and tickets are subject to availability. Customers are asked to bring their email confirmation on their phones or on a print-out on the day of skating.

Peak sessions
All weekend sessions - all day
All weekdays from 5pm - 10pm
All day during Christmas period (17/12/22 - 3/1/23 inc)

Off-peak sessions
Week days 10am - 5pm (except during the Christmas period 17/12/22 - 3/1/23 inc). Last off-peak session on a weekday is 4pm - 5pm.

General Information, Terms and Conditions:

Spectators
Spectating is free of charge. You are very welcome to watch the skating from our rinkside Bar/CafÚ.

Arrival times
Skaters should aim to arrive 20 minutes before their chosen session. Customers arriving late will be allowed on the ice but may not have their full 45 minutes of skating.

Refunds
Tickets are only valid for the date and session time booked, and are strictly non transferrable or refundable.

Weather
The Royal Pavilion Ice Rink is an outdoor event and skating continues whatever the weather so please dress appropriately - if it's raining, you will get wet! Parents of young children may wish to bring a change of clothes during wet weather. Long coats, skirts and scarves should not be worn for visitor's own safety. Please bear in mind, tickets are strictly non-transferrable and non-refundable. Once a ticket has been sold, the quota for that session is reduced so refunds will not be payable if visitors decide to cut short their session.

Bags
Strictly no bags are permitted on the ice, and if you can leave your bags at home, please do so. Bags should not be left unattended at any time - bags left unattended will be removed from the building for the safety of all our staff and customers. Lockers are available on-site at a cost of £1 (non-refundable).

Phone and Cameras
Phones and cameras may not be used on the ice.

Skate sizes
The smallest skate boot is shoe size European 25(age approx. 3 to 4 years old). Bob skates (dual blades) are also available for tiny skaters.
The largest skate boot is shoe size UK15 / European 49.

Parents must judge whether their children can skate safely. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over) on the ice, and children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or over) at the venue.

Penguin Skate Aids
The ice rink is obliged to limit the number of penguin skate aids on the ice, and these are only available to small children 1.2m tall or less at a cost of ú3. Penguins must remain within the Beginners' Rink area at all times.

Wheelchair users and Carer's Tickets
The Royal Pavilion Ice Rink is accessible to wheelchair users. All exits and entrances are ramped, viewing areas and cafe are accessible and a disabled toilet is available. Wheelchair users' accessible skating sessions: 10am - 11am every day except 17th Dec - 24th Dec 2022. Please note that wheelchair users must be accompanied on the ice by a competent skater at all times, who may skate for free. Marshals will be on-hand if necessary. Electric wheelchairs are permitted but must be switched to manual setting whilst on the ice.If you would like to skate with us outside of these times, please email the Rink Manager at info@royalpavilionicerink.co.uk with your request, and we will do our best to accommodate you (subject to availability).

If you require a carer to skate with you (in other words, a carer is essential to enable you to skate because of your disability,) and you have a Compass Card/any other proof of disability eg letter confirming you receive Disability Living Allowance (DLA), please book the paid ticket(s) and email info@royalpavilionicerink.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance of your visit with your booked sessions time, mentioning which proof of disability you will be bringing on the day of skating. We will then email you your free carer's ticket. Please note, carer's tickets are limited to 5 per sessions and please make sure you bring your Compass Card/proof of disability with you on the day of skating.

Bicycle parking
The Royal Pavilion Ice Rink has its own bicycle parking. Bicycles must be parked outside of the building and only at the stands provided. Bicycles attached to fences, trusses or left within the building will be removed.

Toilets
Toilets are available on site (including a disabled toilet and baby changing facility).

Bar and Restaurant
The rinkside bar and restaurant is open to skaters and non-skaters, serving delicious food and drink including children's menus, open from 9.30am until late. Only food and drink purchased on-site may be consumed on the premises.
