The Key Club - Table Bookings Tickets and Dates

A deposit per table will be taken to secure your booking, the face value of the deposit will be refunded to you upon entry to the venue. The lead booker needs to bring their e-ticket either on their phone or printed out and their original payment card.
We are adhering to the governments 'rule of six' policy - no tables over 6 people are permitted - and now under new government restrictions, all groups must be from the same household or support bubble.
TRACK AND TRACE
On arrival, you will be required to check-in using the NHS app or leave your details manually. Your details will be stored securely for 21 days and shared with NHS track and trace teams if requested.
Please note that the wearing of face masks is compulsory when not seated at a table. The team reserves the right to refuse entry if masks are not worn.
If you or any of your guests have symptoms of COVID-19 you must postpone your visit. If you need to postpone or cancel your booking, please do let us know. There are sanitising stations throughout the venue, please use as often as you feel you need to.
ONE WAY SYSTEM
We operate a one-way system throughout the venue, please adhere to this and avoid any congregating.
Tables will need to be vacated by the end time listed on your booking unless the time slot after yours has not already been booked. Please inform your server if you would like to stay past your booking time and they will do their best to accommodate you. Should you wish to guarantee a longer stay at the venue, you are welcome to book multiple time slots on the same day.
NO SHOW POLICY
We operate a 15-minute booking policy for all bookings. If you have not checked in within 15 minutes of your session starting then you risk losing your table and your deposit will not be refunded. If you are running late or have any issues with your booking, please let us know by emailing email@example.com
Should you need to cancel your booking, you must let us know by midday on the day of your booking. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your booking confirmation number and we will rearrange either rearranging your visit or a refund. Failure to let us know will result in the loss of your deposit.
The Key Club is situated underground. We have alternative access suitable for wheelchair users. If you wish to use the accessible entrance please email us with your arrival date and time at email@example.com Government guidance is in place to protect all customers and staff. Anyone who refuses to adhere to the safety measures will be asked to leave the venue.
