What people are saying about The Lehman Trilogy

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful theatre Lehman Brothers was fantastic. I hope it will transfer somewhere else so I can see it again. The set, lighting & choreography was so interesting and the performance of the actors, especially Simon Russell Beale, was pure magic. Funny, sad, informative, wordy, just great theatre. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Marvellous staging of a gripping and dynamic drama. I'm so relieved to have caught this extraordinary production - what a tour de force! A play for our times indeed! Russell Beale, Godley and Tiefenthaler held the audience spellbound for over three hours of magical storytelling as the story of the Lehman brothers unfolded before us, transforming from German cattle farmers to one of the world's greatest banks. What drama!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Enjoyed this very much - very informative. I wanted to see this play as I was working for with an American company in 2008 during the tragic events in London. I knew families who had lost fathers and really wanted to understand the reasons behind their deaths. The play made the pathway clear for me. The performance was amazing. I wish I had read about the length of the play in advance as I live in the suburbs and nearly missed my last train home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Second time seeing this play and enjoyed it even more 2nd time The saga is fascinating and the acting superb. On seeing it a second time, I really had a chance to attend to the details of the script. The structure of each sentence is so well-thought out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! One of my favourite theatre events this year. I went to this event wondering if I really had the stamina and attention span for 3+ hours of theatre in one sitting, but wow, I needn't have worried. From start to finish, it is completely absorbing. Even with each actor playing numerous characters throughout the evening, there's no problem keeping up with the story. I loved it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Long I went on my own, very busy night, the contend and story was good, but too long and very boring
