Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great gig - wonderful acoustics I went with family and friends, ostensibly to see Rose Cousins, who was really excellent. But John Smith blew my mind - great songs, great voice and great guitar playing. I was happy that the other five people in our group all enjoyed it as well since I had persuaded them to go!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grandaddy Rock Rules This year I have crossed a number of legends off my bucket list, John Fogerty at the O2, Jethro Tull at the Albert Hall and now Lindisfarne at the more intimate (and preferrable Union Chapel). What can Ii say about this classiic band playing their music that went with me around the world in the seventies. Fog on the Tyne, Meet Me on the Corner and Lady Eleanor to name but three. Sung in the same party style for which Lindisfarne are famous, this concert did not disappoint. The last half an hour played at a tempo that much younger bands have failed to match. The hair may have thinned, the bones may be creaking but rock on. The only (slight) downside - the pews at the Chapel are hard on the old bones after a while

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tom Baxter. What more do I need to say. Brilliant! I went to this event with a friend and we had a great time. Union Chapel is a fantastic venue for a concert. Only the third time I've been there and second time to see Tom Baxter but certainly looking forward to going again soon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tom Baxter is the real deal Union Chapel was the perfect venue for Tom Baxter to show off his vocal and guitar and piano playing talents. The acoustics were splendid and it became quite an intimate concert.
