Car Park Passes are available to buy in advance and cost ú18 for the weekend.

Accessibility
At The Long Road 2019 we will continue to provide a wide range of facilities for those with Accessible requirements. We are currently working on the way in which this information is shared and the process for applying for free Personal Assistant tickets will be improved. We are not ready to share this with you just yet but we are aware that many of you will want to take advantage of the Super Early Bird prices and we don't want you to miss out. Therefore, for now, please go ahead and select a ticket for yourself from the options currently available on our ticket page and check back on the website in November for full details on how to apply for Accessible access.

Ticket Delivery
Both e-ticket and postal ticket options are available and will be sent out in the run up to the festival. Please contact See Tickets customer service if you have not received your tickets two weeks before the festival date.

Food and Drink
Except for one 500ml sealed bottle of water per person, no food or drink can be taken into the festival arena. Camping guests may take their own food and drink for personal consumption into the campsite. Campers will be allowed to bring a reasonable amount of alcohol per person to the campsite on first arrival only: e.g. 1 x 70cl spirits (no greater than 40% ABV) and 12 x 440ml cans beer/cider, or 3 litres of wine and 12 x 440ml cans beer/cider. You will be asked to leave excess quantities outside of the event. Please note, no alcohol will be allowed to be taken into the festival arena. No glass is permitted on site. Legal drinking age restrictions apply (18+).

Re-entry
There is no re-entry for Day ticket and Weekend No Camping ticket holders. If a Weekend No Camping ticket holder leaves the site on Saturday, they won't be re-admitted until the arena re-opens on Sunday. However, we do understand that certain extreme circumstances can arise where leaving the site is essential. In this case, security will use their discretion and permission won't be unreasonably withheld.

Caravan/Campervan Tickets
Each person staying in a caravan or campervan must buy a Caravan/Campervan User ticket (Adult/Youth/Junior or Child) as well as a Vehicle Pitch ticket for your vehicle. We offer three Vehicle Pitch sizes: 7 x 7 metres, 7 x 10 metres and 10 x 13 metres. Your entire set up must fit into your pitch, including your car and any awnings. Tents will not be permitted. If you want to have an electrical hook-up, please purchase a Caravan/Campervan Power ticket which is available on our ticket page. We do not allow the use of petrol or diesel generators while you and your vehicle are on-site at The Long Road. You are not permitted to camp next to your caravan or campervan. If you'd like to camp, please check out our camping options. Caravans and campervans are not permitted in car parks.

Dogs
You are welcome to bring 'Cracker Jack' to enjoy The Long Road for the day, but please read and acknowledge the following:
- Dogs are only allowed into the arena with Day and Weekend No Camping ticket holders and the arena and Evergreen Fields Caravan/Campervan area with Caravan/Campervan User ticket holders. Dogs are not permitted in the Peak Point General Campsite or Hoss Town Premium Campsite.
- Dogs will not be allowed onsite unless they have a pre-booked ticket or they are an accredited assistance dog.
- Dogs must remain on a lead and in control throughout the event.
- Please acknowledge that there may be some areas of the site that are less dog-appropriate such as busy venues. We do not allow dogs in Lil Possum County, Health and Happiness or High Falootin' VIP.
- Please pick up after your dog, there will be plenty of bins throughout the site.
- You are liable for any damage done to event site by your dog.
- The Long Road is full of exciting entertainment but don't forget your dog's welfare. There are lots of water points throughout the site for you to fill your dog's water bowl and make sure to take shelter from the sun.
- Festivals can be noisy, busy places so we'd suggest that not all dogs will enjoy the experience. Please consider if this environment is right for your dog before deciding to bring them along.

All tickets are purchased according to our Terms and Conditions of Entry which can be read here.

All tickets are sold on a non-exchange, no refund basis.

Re-sale of tickets is strictly forbidden outside of the See Tickets Fan-to-Fan marketplace.
