Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unexpectedly Great We had not seen this band before so didn't know what to expect so we were extremely surprised and amazed as to how good they were. We haven't had such a good time watching a band for a while and the venue was great as you could get so close without being squashed. Would definately go and see them again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Urban Voodoo Machine in Edinburgh The band made their way through the crowd like a New Orleans Funeral procession, bursting onto the stage with all the energy and irrevarance you would expect. You must go and see the Urban Voodoo Machine, it will change your life

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seeing this band should be on everybody's bucket list. This was my 10th UVM gig in 8 years and I would watch them play every week if I could. Guaranteed to satisfy even the harshest of critics. The gig at The Wardrobe in Leeds was a quieter turnout than I'm used to at their shows. However, this made for an intimate gig and almost felt like it was a room with like minded fans, appreciating the music. I didn't have to listen to the constant chatter of disrespectful audience members. P-R was on fine form as usual and without usual guitarist Tony and Saxophonist Lucifire, the stand in members really stepped up and put on a great show. One of the few bands where you can chat and have a drink with afterwards, UVM gigs are always welcoming affair. If you're not dead, go see these guys and support live music.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bring your adolescent kids, pop their gig cherry, see your other side! Attended with a dear friend and her son, enjoyed the energy of their performance and level of audience participation; made sure he got a Rule #1 T to remember his first adult gig.
