What is Secret Cinema?
We bring your most loved stories to life through immersive experiences of unparalleled proportions. Expect an unforgettable evening as you get lost in the world of Marvel Studios' Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2.
What happens on the night?
We promise a 2-4 hour experience of remarkable surprises and pure disbelief. Secret storylines. Iconic locations. Memorable characters. Cinematic dreamscapes.
Where is the event located?
This is an indoor experience which will take place in a secret indoor location in London (UK). Details on the meeting point will be published on the event website in the months before your attendance. The nearest station is located in Zone 4 and has step-free access from the platform to the street. Allow for average travel times of: Kings Cross/St. Pancras - Meeting Point: 30 minutes Liverpool Street - Meeting Point: 35 minutes Waterloo - Meeting Point: 35 minutes Paddington - Meeting Point: 30 minutes Stratford - Meeting Point: 50 minutes
What's the difference between Immersive Ticket and Immersive Ticket + Film?
We offer two ways for you to experience this show: Immersive Ticket: You will attend the show for approximately 2 hours, roaming epic locations, interacting with characters, and taking on missions. Immersive Ticket + Film: You will attend the show for approximately 2 hours roaming epic locations, interacting with characters, and taking on missions. You will then continue your experience with an enhanced screening of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2.
What is PREMIUM?
PREMIUM tickets include: Exclusive access and storylines Private cloakroom and queue jump Food token Drink tokens x2 Screening only: Larger seats and at-seat service
What is Family bundle?
4 tickets for the price of 3. Selected matinee showings only. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you need to watch the film before attending?
Some choose to study the film religiously so they can recognise the finer details during the night. Others argue that this is the ultimate way to experience the film for the first time. The choice is yours!
Will we watch the film?
Customers who purchase Immersive + Film Ticket(s) will watch the film after the immersive experience (4 HR+ total experience). Customers who purchase Immersive Tickets will not watch the film during the show (2 HR+).
Will there be seating?
The Immersive Ticket experience will be standing, therefore, seating will be limited.
If you choose the Immersive + Film Ticket, you will have seating for the duration of the film screening.
Do you need to go in character/costume?
We actively encourage everyone to dress for the event. You will be given exclusive access to a secret website that will prepare you for the evening, giving you all the information you need. After registering, you'll be given a bespoke character to dress as. This is your chance to get creative and express yourself!
Are tickets available to buy on the night?
Unfortunately not.. Tickets will need to be purchased prior to the event and all tickets will be sold online.
Is my ticket refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable except, subject to the terms and conditions, on cancellation of the Event by the Event Provider. In extenuating circumstances we may be able to assist in rescheduling your ticket to another date and session but this is not guaranteed. If Government restrictions or recommendations result in the cancellation or delay of the event, we will endeavour to reschedule your ticket. If we cannot reschedule your ticket to another date and session, we will issue you with a refund. This must be exercised within 2 weeks of the cancelled event. In this instance, please contact support@secretcinema.org for more information and make sure to include your ticket order number in your email.
Can I change the date of my ticket?
All tickets are non-exchangeable. However, we recognise that sometimes, events are outside of your control. Please contact support@secretcinema.org and our Customer Success team can assist you. Please note, all tickets are subject to availability.
Can someone else use my ticket?
Tickets are issued in the buyer's name and may be used by guests who are not the named ticket buyer. It is the ticket buyer's responsibility to forward all event communications to the rest of their party. The ticket buyer will be able to transfer ticket(s) to other guests by following the instructions in the confirmation email they receive up to 7 days before their attendance.
Is there an NHS staff discount?
We're proud to offer all NHS staff members a 20% discount on their individual ticket. To claim yours, please send a picture of your NHS staff identity badge to support@secretcinema.org and you will be issued with a unique booking code to purchase your ticket from the ticket page. Please note existing bookings cannot be discounted retroactively.
Is the event accessible?
We aim to make our events as accessible as possible, therefore, we are able to accommodate wheelchair and mobility scooter users at the experience. The nearest station has step-free access from the platform to the street, and there is an 8 minute walk from the Meeting Point to the Event entrance. You can expect to be on your feet for 2 hours whilst you explore the Secret World. To ensure the best possible experience, please contact access@secretcinema.org
before booking and outline any access requirements you have. Blue Badge holders, Freedom Pass holders, and PIP/DLA recipients are entitled to a free carer ticket which may only be booked directly via email to access@secretcinema.org. © MARVEL
