Onsite Team Members
We are on the lookout for talented people to add to our ever-growing onsite team.
Our onsite teams work at major music, sporting and exhibitor events across the UK and beyond throughout the year. Supplying predominantly box office staff and access control scanning supervision, using our own bespoke systems.
We are looking for friendly, reliable hard workers who will work well under pressure, provide excellent face to face customer service and who have a good understanding of computer systems and technology.
Please note this is not a permanent position, we are solely looking for casual staff from across the UK we can add to our database should we need staff in your surrounding area for a single event. However this could lead to more regular work in other areas / events should you impress.

Contact Centre Agent
We are looking for a number of full-time operators for our contact centre in Nottingham.
If you can demonstrate a passion for delivering a great customer experience then we would love to hear from you. Call centre, or direct customer service (retail) experience is preferred.
The roles are for customer service agents selling tickets for a wide variety of events across a 24/7 operation, paying £7.50 per hour (25+) and £7.05 per hour (under 25)
A flexible attitude to work is required as you will be expected to work at least one weekend shift on a permanent weekly basis.
You will be expected to work a combination of the following shifts:
9am to 6pm
2pm to 10pm.
