We are now recruiting for an inbound call centre agent to work for one of our specialised teams within the See Tickets building in central Nottingham.

If you can demonstrate a passion for delivering a great customer experience then we would love to hear from you. Call centre, or direct customer service experience is preferred although full training will be provided.

The role is working in a small inbound customer service team selling tickets and handling enquiries for the Jockey Club Racecourses, paying £6.50 per hour. A flexible attitude to work is needed as the shift requires 8am starts, 8pm finishes and working 2 weekends per month.
