You are applying for a position in our Theatre Call centre located in Nottingham's City Centre booking tickets for customers to see shows in London's West end

Experience working in a call centre using various computer systems would be an advantage to gaining a position with us

The Vacancy you are applying for will be on a fixed term contract starting either Monday 17th November or Monday 24th November. Our call centre is open 7 days per week between the hours of 8am to 10pm. This contract will last for 2 months from your start date with the possibility of an extension or being made permanent

How it works, you submit what hours you want to work on any given day and if we require staff then you will be able to work these hours, that's how flexible it is however, you need to request to work a minimum of 27 hours, you can work more if you wish. Also we require 3 out of the 4 days to be worked below as part of your contract over the Christmas period

Wednesday 24th December (Christmas Eve) 9am to 5pm
Friday 26th December (Boxing Day) 10am to 7pm or 1pm to 10pm
Wednesday 31st December (New Years Eve) 9am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm
Thursday 1st January (New Years Day) 10am to 7pm or 1pm to 10pm

Training starts Monday 17th or 24th November (please state your preferred start week when we send you our application) you need to be available 9am to 5pm Mon to Friday, after this then you can start to submit hours to work.
