Blood Club

A post-punk inspired band, drawing inspiration from each band member’s latin roots to create a unique, multilingual sound in their work.

Founded by lead singer Jesse Flores in 2022, the band has amassed thousands of listeners during their first couple of months performing locally in chicago and plans to continue this upward trajectory as they create new music.

As part of a three man band, lead singer Jesse Flores is a seasoned performer/guitarist and songwriter. Now taking a step into his own project and band along with his guitarist Jorge Calderon and Bassist Daniel Vela, the three man band hopes to continue amassing followers
worldwide.

Using minor key tonality, heavy synths and introspective lyrics, Jesse uses the
occasional touch of spanish in his songwriting as well to create a hybrid genre of darkwave that has romantic, but dark undertones. Currently represented under Cruel Management and its affiliates, the band is on an upward trajectory and definitely worth giving a listen.

Bloody/Bath

Bloody/Bath are feverish, infectious and bewitching. Their cutting guitar lines and catchy melodies might bring
anthemic indie rock to the forefront, but lying in the shadows of their sonics is a brooding anguish. Kailan Price’s
lyrics are displayed honestly, like a body sliced open for heart-surgery. They tell a bleak story of his personal battle
with crippling depression and anxiety; a story of someone lost in their own head, imprisoned in a waking experience
of sleep paralysis.

The guitars are nostalgic, the bass thumps and the drums hit hard amongst an ominous atmosphere. Its feelings of
dread paired with post-punk revival guitar lines inspires a strange alternate universe for the listener, a world in which
Bloc Party had never experienced love and released their debut Silent Alarm on The Flenser. A strange vibe perhaps,
but one it seems people are here for.
Summoned initially by singer-songwriter Kailan Price while he cared for his dying mother, but now a five-piece band,
bloody/bath are slowly becoming a cult favourite. Transitioning from their early days as lo-fi indie rockers,
bloody/bath released their debut EP All Love Unfelt in 2023. It was a record that showed the band transforming into a
menacing, spaced out post-punk outfit and earned acclaim from 6 Music’s Iggy Pop and Steve Lamacq as well as
praise from Under The Radar, Destroy/Exist and Louder Than War.

They tour the UK with Chicago band blood club in July. They will then be releasing their debut record In An Empty
Space, I’m Screaming in October 2024 (TBA), followed by a UK/EU tour in November (TBA).
