Children aged 4 or below are not permitted. All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over who must remain on site throughout the Event as the under 16-year-old's guardian. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site. Please note that there is no separate children's area at this event. We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.

There is a ticket limit of 8 tickets per person, per address and per credit card on this event. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their order(s) and tickets cancelled without prior notice by the Ticket Agent in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

These events are big-bag free. Only bags smaller than a sheet of A4 paper will be permitted. People without bags will get in quicker.

Tickets are only valid when purchased directly from official agents of Festival Republic. We do not accept Print at Home tickets, Booking Confirmations, screenshots or photos of tickets. Tickets for this event have a unique barcode which will be scanned on entry and if found to be duplicated, either in error or for fraudulent gain, only the first instance of the ticket scanned will be admitted regardless of original ownership. Customers may be prosecuted if found to have deliberately duplicated and resold tickets for fraudulent gain.

It is prohibited to resell tickets for the Event, except where resold using the official resale platform of the official ticket agent you purchased from, in accordance with the relevant ticket agent's resale terms and conditions. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. Tickets must be valid, presented in full according to the authorised agents delivery methods and not altered or tampered with.

We welcome guests who are D/deaf or have a disability and we are working harder than ever to make the show as accessible as possible for everyone. Please contact the Access Team if the access customer is a child, to find out how to apply for a companion ticket. If you'd like to apply for this, please do not book a ticket for your companion as this will not be refunded if they are approved for a companion ticket. If you do not fit the criteria for a Companion ticket but still wish to bring someone and the event has sold out by the time we inform you, we can make a ticket available to book. Accessible facilities include accessible toilets, companion tickets, a viewing platform, BSL Interpreting Services.
