SEATS: Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).
STANDING: Under 14 year olds are not permitted on a standing floor. 14 and 15 year olds are only permitted on a standing floor when accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs +.

PROMOTER T&Cs
1. This event is for fans only and these special conditions are in place to ensure that tickets are purchased for personal use only and are not resold for profit and/or through unauthorised resale sites.
2. A strict limit of 6 tickets per person applies. Any tickets purchased over this limit may be cancelled and invalidated.
3. Tickets must not be purchased with the intention of reselling them for commercial purposes and/or profit.
4. Only genuine mobile tickets will be accepted for entry (we'll give you full instructions on how to access your mobile tickets after you book). If you purchased more than one ticket and ticket transfer is unavailable, your guests must be with you at time of entry. Print outs and/or screenshots of mobile tickets will not be accepted for entry.
5. If you purchase more than one ticket, your guest(s) must be with you at the time of entry or will be refused entry.
6. If you can no longer use your tickets and are not eligible for an exchange or refund, you may resell them through SEE Tickets Fan to Fan exchange.
7. You may not resell or offer to resell tickets for this event through any unauthorised resale site such as Viagogo or Stubhub, or for commercial purposes and/or profit.
8. Any tickets purchased, resold or offered for resale in breach of these special conditions may be cancelled and invalidated.
9. In the event of any inconsistency between these special conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions, these special conditions will apply.

Age Policy
For all events at Utilita Arena Birmingham and Resorts World Arena, children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+ with a valid ticket. On applicable shows, the 'Standing Area' of the arena bowl is not suitable for anyone under 14 years of age and we advise booking seated tickets if your party includes anyone under the age of 14. Please note, the venue reserves the right to remove or reseat (if possible) any child in the standing area who appears to be under 14 for safety reasons.
Due to the sound levels experienced during an event, the venue recommends that children under 5 should not attend concerts or events other than those specifically aimed at younger visitors, i.e. children's shows.
Children aged 2 and under that are attending a children's show and sitting on an adult's knee, do not need a ticket. We advise you to please check the event details prior to booking.
Certain shows will also have their own specific age restrictions. Please check the relevant event page before booking to avoid any disappointment.

Box Office Information
The Resorts World Arena box office is located next to the main entrance of the venue, and it is accessible from all car parks. The box office is usually open on show days at approx. 4pm. On certain show days, the box office may be open earlier or later dependant on the nature of the event. To confirm the opening times before travelling please check out the event page for your event or call 0844 581 1331. Please note, the box office is not open on non-show days.

Lost Tickets
If you lose your tickets, try to contact your point of purchase first. You may be able to also go to the box office with your confirmation details, and ID for the box office staff to be able to assist you. Please note, there may be a charge for the box office re-issuing tickets.

Collecting Tickets
Check what time the box office opens for your event, and head down with your ticket booking confirmation and photo ID. Our box office team will take it from there.

We sell tickets at the both Resorts World Arena and Arena Birmingham Box Offices, on event days only. Opening hours are subject to change at short notice. To confirm our opening times before travelling to Resorts World Arena or Arena Birmingham to purchase tickets please call 0844 581 1311 for up to date information.

On arrival at the NEC / Resorts World Arena Birmingham, please follow signage to 'Arena Parking', which will lead you to the nearest available car park for your event, parking can be booked by following this link:
