Brighton's New Festival - Tickets Now on Sale

Together the People is a new 5,000 capacity greenfield, non camping, music and arts festival taking place at Preston Park, Brighton on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September 2015 and tickets are now on sale.

The first wave of artists for the festival have been announced and include: SUPER FURRY ANIMALS, LEVELLERS, LUCY ROSE, PUBLIC SERVICE BROADCASTING, LUCY SRAGGAN, GHOSTPOET, BRAKES, DIZRAELI AND THE SMALL GODS with more additions to come very soon.

The primary focus of the festival is to celebrate music, food, community, film and arts within the city of Brighton by delivering a high quality, creative, family friendly and socially aware event accessible to all.

See Tickets spoke to Alex Murray from the festival. He said: “We’re aiming to create what we think will be a really special event that offers not just some brilliant live acts, but also an inclusive and interesting environment where people have the opportunity to learn, listen, watch and taste and go away having experienced something a little different.

“We are hugely excited about the event now that tickets are on sale and we can start the official countdown to it happening. We look forward to opening the doors to Together the People and welcoming festival goers very soon.”

Also at the festival will be a host of independently and locally sourced food and drink, on-site music stages, a unique collaboration with Picturehouse Brighton and a pop-up ‘soapbox stage‘ where local community groups and charities can talk about their work and the public can engage with local political and social bodies in Q&A sessions. The soapbox stage will also act as a platform for other creative arts and entertainment such as literature, poetry, dance and comedy.

Adult and child tickets are available now from See Tickets. Payment plans by instalment are also available.
