There is a strict limit of 1 Platinum Pack per ticket purchased. Platinum Packs are subject to availability and will not be sold at venues on the tour. Platinum Merch Pack (5 items) The Platinum Pack is a strictly limited edition, with only 2,500 units being available to buy. Package Includes:

Although the Standard Pack is not a defined limited edition, the Standard Pack includes a t-shirt design that will not be sold at venues on the tour. Based on the price that other t-shirt designs will be sold at venues on the tour, the combined price for the items in the Standard Pack will be at least ú40, meaning that the pricing of the Standard Pack represents a discount of ú10 before shipping cost. The Standard Pack will not be available to buy online after 31 March 2015. Standard (2 items)

All merchandise will be shipped by Vision Nine to the address you have provided at least two weeks before the tour commences EXCEPT the souvenir programme, which will delivered via collection on site at the venue. Your merch pack will include a personalised voucher that you need to exchange for your programme on site. Please also keep your merch pack purchase email confirmation safe in case of queries.

Following receipt of all of the items in your merch pack you will have a period of 14 days during which you can change your mind for any reason and let us know that you no longer want to make that purchase. You cannot choose to cancel the purchase of individual items within a pack - it is being sold as one item. If you wish to cancel a merch pack purchase, that will not affect your tickets. Upon processing a cancellation we will refund the price charged to you for the merch pack elements, including the fee charged for shipping the merch pack to you. If you want to cancel you need to send us a clear statement of this by email. Contact details for cancelling a purchase and dealing with other queries will be given in your purchase email confirmation. Please note that if you choose to cancel after we have shipped your merch pack, you will be liable for the shipping costs involved in sending the pack back to us, and we will only provide a full refund once we have received all of the pack items from you. If you return the pack incomplete or damaged or we reasonably believe that any of the items in the pack show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to inspect the goods, then we can reduce the amount of your refund.

We have a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity with the information that we have specified. Even if you do not wish to exercise your 14-day right to cancel, if you are unhappy with any aspect of the merch pack you should let us know using the contact details we will provide in your ticket/ merch pack purchase email confirmation. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We will only ship the merch packs to the name/address used to make the ticket purchase. We can't send packs to multiple addresses and we won't amend the purchaser name. If you move after placing your order, you can let us know using the contact details we will provide in your ticket/merch pack purchase email confirmation to let us know about your new address.
