ANT AND DEC NEWCASTLE 7 SEPT - TICKET OPTIONS
STATEMENT FROM PRODUCERS AND PROMOTERS
Following the cancellation of the Ant and Dec matinee performance on 7 Sept, below is the procedure existing ticket holders can follow;
Sunday Matinee Ticket Transfer:
Option 1: To collect your Sunday matinee reallocated tickets for the Sunday evening show on the night
Customers who bought tickets for the matinee may turn up for the evening performance where their tickets will be exchanged for the 7.30pm show. Tickets will be available for collection from 6pm in the arena foyer. Please note we will not be able to allocate the same seats as originally purchased but entrance will be guaranteed. Should the reallocated seat be a lower value than originally purchased you will be refunded the difference.
Option 2: To reallocate tickets to the Sunday evening show in advance of the night
Should customers wish to exchange tickets in advance of the night, they will need to contact the agent who they originally purchased them from. The agent will cancel the original booking and process a new one. The new tickets can be mailed to the customer in advance if time permits or will be available for collection on the night at the arena box office collects window. No further booking fees or charges will be added for this new transaction and if the reallocated seat is of a lower value than the original ticket you will be refunded the difference.
Option 3: If you are unable to attend the Sunday evening show
If any customer cannot attend the rescheduled performance and would like to check ticket availability for one of the other three shows, they should contact their point of purchase and investigate what tickets are available for the other performances. If the agent is able to allocate you a seat for a different show, they will cancel the original booking and process a new one. No further booking fees or charges will be added for this new transaction and if the reallocated seat is of a lower value than the original ticket you will be refunded the difference.
Option 4: If offered alternatives are not convenient
Finally, if for any reason whatsoever the customer would like a full refund, this will be issued by the agent who sold them their ticket and a 100% refund will be issued including all booking fees.

Direct contact details for your booking agent will be available on your ticket confirmation or receipt. Please ensure you have your booking reference to hand.

Morrisons Ticket Promotion:
Customers who obtained tickets for the Sunday matinee show via the Morrisons promotion have automatically been reissued with electronic tickets for the Saturday matinee. If anyone has not received these tickets by email yet they should contact the venue.
