What people are saying about The Proclaimers
Rated 5 out of 5 by Donus from Top Live Act This the second time I've seen The Proclaimers at this particular venue. It is perfectly suited to them, that said I have seen them in many varied settings and their sheer class always shines through; what I mean to say is that the Spa is a fantastic venue to see them, and the combination of quality from both the band and the environment makes for a great night out. If you have seen them perform you will not need me to recommend them. This band are totally on top of their game, each musician is a talented professional and, despite a workload that could easily phase or exhaust any performer, they retain a freshness and enthusiasm for their craft that is so infectious that the response from audiences is both a joy to behold and to be a part of. Can't wait 'til next time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by amacca from Volume! We were so looking forward to this. We have been Proclaimers Fans for many years and it was the first time we had had the chance to see them. Their performance was great but so spoilt by the volume which was too loud to hear clearly. So much so that that there was a continual slight feedback on the vocal mike. We had purchased the new CD as part of this package and on our way home in the car we were then able to recognise what had been sung. Not the first time we have had this volume problem at concerts. Starting to think that Sound Engineers are all deaf. There comes a point where the volume level just makes it too hard to hear clearly. Are we alone in thinking this?

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hagar from Another barnstorming Proclaimers gig My girlfriend and I went to see the Twins. It was my first time at the Riverside Aylesbury and it was a great venue, I even had legroom unlike most theatres. The night got off to a great start with special guest Will Varley. He was so good I've downloaded all his albums. Talking Cat Blues and I Got This E-mail were personal highlights. Then it was time for the main event, and as always they didn't even if Oh Jean wasn't on the set list. There were songs from every album and the place was jumping for I'm on My Way and 500 miles. My personal favourites on the night were Sunshine on Leith, Spinning Aroud in the Air and Cap In Hand...however the Proclaimers were consistently great throughout.

Rated 5 out of 5 by A Dunstan from What artists performing live should be like I have ever seen the proclaimers live in Edinburgh which was amazing, the crowd were fantastic as we're Charlie and Craig. Milton Keynes the crowd were a bit stuffy and they were all firmly planted in their seats. This did make it hard to show how much I was enjoying the show. These boys are fantastic live performers. Their songs are timeless, they are so uplifting. If you find yourself tapping your feet to any of the proclaimers songs - go and see them live, you'll realise how much you like them. Fantastic show boys. Keep the good work up. Look forward to seeing them again soon.
