Roundhouse, London
- Tickets are not despatched See, they are sent via email by the Roundhouse directly.
- All Roundhouse events are digitally ticketed.
- An email will be sent from hiya@roundhouse.org.uk no later than 5pm on the day of the event with instructions on how to access your tickets.
- Add hiya@roundhouse.org.uk to your address book to ensure their email arrives in your inbox and doesn't go to your junk/spam folder.
- If tickets are booked 2 days before the event, they will be available for collection at the Roundhouse Box office and will not be sent via email.

If you have booked digital tickets for an event at the Co-Op Live, Manchester they shall be fulfilled by the venue nearer the time of the event. You will receive an email up to 1 week prior to the event with steps of how to retrieve your tickets.
