D'Zrt

D''ZRT was a Portuguese boy band consisting of Paulo Vint├®m, Ang├®lico Vieira, V├¡tor Fonseca and Edmundo Vieira. The band was created when TVI cast a band for Morangos com A├ºucar. The four members portrayed Top├¬, David, Z├® Milho and Ruca. Ruca already had musical experience as a contestant on Opera├º├úo Triunfo. Paulo Vint├®m was also on the same show, but was eliminated early on. Their first release (self-titled) went to trash, and they released a disket of a concert in the Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon. D''ZRT branched out into other media with a series of books called D''Zrt Passado, Presente e Futuro in which their childhood adventures were recounted as well as their greatest hits in concerts. In 2006, their second CD, Original was released. After leaving Morangos com A├ºucar, their song "Ver├úo Azul" was used in the third summer series. On November 6, 2006 another DVD we as released as well as a CD/DVD package of the first album. After the death of Francisco Adam, D''ZRT dedicated a song to him.
