Karl Scully

Karl Scully kicked started his career in 2000 by co-starring alongside Ewan Mcgregor in the blockbuster hit Ô[][]Nora,Ô[][] and later admitted to giving the star Ô[][]a few singing lessons.Ô[][] Karl followed his on screen success by performing operatic roles such as Albert in "Albert Herring" by Benjamin Britten, National Concert Hall, Dublin, Paolino in "Il Matrimonio Segreto", Cimarosa, Orvieto, Italy, Ferrando, in Cosi Fan Tutte, Orvieto, Italy. During his time in Italy, Karl performed solo roles alongside world famous artists including American bass Samuel Ramey. Karl Scully was born in Limerick, West of Ireland, June 10th, 1978 KarlÔ[][]s dulcet Irish tones fell on the sympathetic ears of two Irish Tenors, Anthony Kearns and Finbar Wright, prompting the invitation to join the group in 2006. Soon after Karl returned to the screens to star in Ô[][]Friends of The Irish Tenors,Ô[][] a 10 part television show, in which Karl performed alongside such greats as Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber, Paul Carrick, Finbar Furey, Hayley Westenra, Shayne Ward, Sharon Shannon, Peter Grant, Rebecca Storm, Lucia Evans, and Celine Byrne, and in doing so affirmed his place in Irish folk law next to Ronan Keating, Enya and Bono.
