Happy Place is a one day experience, with two dates to choose from at each site. Although there will be slight changes between the schedule for each day, it won't differ greatly.

What people are saying about Fearne Cotton's : Happy Place Festival

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent classes on the community stage Initial thoughts was one of disappointment as we viewed the queue to enter the festival but after participating in some classes on the community stage feelings were much happier! Huge disappointment of course with Russel Brand not attending, with no explanation or replacement. Dame Kelly Holmes and The Strength Temple were inspiring! Gaby Allen have a fab workout as well. The Mindful Chef was also very good. Queues for the food stalls were far too long, we waited till mid afternoon and most had sold out! Improvements can definitely be made for next year but overall an enjoyable experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So relaxed, informal and HAPPY! This was such a lovely experience, the festival wasn't over crowded and so ultimately provided a relaxed happy environment full of like minded people, live podcasts were great and so was the acro yoga!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sadly very disappointing - Wonderful concept, but poorly executed from an event mgmt perspective. - Not well communicated that the vast majority of activities required pre-booking. - Woeful food situation with queues of several hours for lunch. The most frustrating aspect was the fact that limited number of classes and treatments that also required pre-booking. This was not well flagged, meaning that for those we did not manage to secure a place missed out and didn't have a huge amount else to see/do. You couldn't even get a bite to eat whilst you wandered around such were the length of the queues! I left at 3.30 because I was hungry and fed up. The concept of the event was great, but the event mgmt was poor.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was a good day It was a good day, quite expensive for what it was as all the classes were booked already by the time we had booked tickets. The talks were good. We found that there could have been more stalls e.g. local artisan craft stalls would have been nice. The parking charge was also an unexpected extra which we weren't very impressed about on top of the ticket price. Overall we had a nice time but probably wouldn't go again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy Place Festival 2019 I went to the festival on Sunday 8th Sept in Tatton Park with three of my friends. We all had a lovely time and tried different classes/workshops. I had reflexology, which was a new experience that I would definitely recommend. We tried a yoga class which none of us were very good at but it made us laugh. Another experience that was new for me that day was gong meditation, which is just another level. I felt so good after that session. The talk tent was also really good and very motivational. The food was nice and suitably priced. There were lots of little stalls to look around and buy things if you wished, and lots and lots of freebies. The sweaty Betty goodie bags were fab. But the best part of the day was meeting Fearne Cotton at her book signing, she was so warm and friendly. It was a great event and my friends and I were already talking about attending next years event on the drive home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful event with plenty of positivity. Lovely day out, so nice in amongst all the current turmoil and negativity in this country to have some genuinely happy and lovely people. A real heartwarming day out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sad to not have had the opportunity to take part more! I love Fearne and truly think she is a genuine wonderful human being and her light shone bright on Sunday when she wasn’t interviewing and walking around saying hello to everyone and having pictures. I however felt really let down by organisation in terms of booking the sessions that were in the teepees. I’d made a list of everything I wanted to go to and turned out I could go to none of it. I decided to approach someone at the help desk to be told all the session were bookable online and there were TWO emails with opportunities to book. I’m really sorry but I didn’t get any of these emails. I’ve checked my inbox I’ve checked my junk (even though see ticket emails wouldn’t go in there cause I would usually only buy tickets from see tickets) I did feel like on approach the guy I spoke to was ready with exactly what to say so I 100% didn’t feel like the only one and after walking around the festival it turns out I wasn’t. I’m not sure how selective these emails were because all the sessions were full and the rest of us didn’t even get chance to book at all. I was pretty fuming at the situation and realistically I could have let it totally ruin my day and want a refund. I didn’t let it ruin my day and we listened to talks, went round the stalls trying everything we could get our hands on, smelt some lovely things and tested yoga mats. This needs to be reviewed for next year and maybe sessions should be bookable on arrival or made more obvious when buying your ticket online? I didn’t get those emails and I know I’m the only one that didn’t so maybe it was over sold? Bigger spaces and teepees needed for those sessions so more people can book on and do them too!
