Rated 5 out of 5 by Fran492 from Fantastic show James mixed old and new material together to perform a fantastic set. There were many hits they didn't have time to play indicating the vast catalogue they possess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Martin0123 from James - Sheffield O2 Academy The Slow Readers Club - what an amazing band, need to see more! One of best 'support' bands I have ever seen. Will definitely look to see more, and recommend to mates. James - Blistering set, opening with two of my personal favourites - the band who have soundtracked my life did not disappoint throughout this concert - Walk Like You and Ring the Bells were amazing and really set the tone for band and audience for the remainder of the night - the audience hanging onto and singing every word. Come Home is always a favourite and once again what a version! The band and the crowd were up for it totally and it showed - the band seemed to really enjoy themselves. Born of Frustration made a showing along with Hymn From a Village and then acoustic set was eye wateringly good. Five-O is always a highlight - and tonight was no different, brings back special memories for myself and my gorgeous wife.... Saul on violin is just awesome and I have to say, Adrian is a fantastic (re) addition to the band in absence of Larry. Good news - the band are recording a new record and Saul suggested this was being recorded in Sheffield(?)!! Cracking city, cracking venue, cracking band, amazing

Rated 5 out of 5 by Yzfdeer6 from Brilliant! We have seen James many times over the last few years and always fantastic. Last time was Llandudno. It was called " The girl at the end of the world tour" to promote their new album of the same name. Listened to the album many times over beforehand so knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. Goosebumps. Shame some drunken idiots 'assaulted' Tim as he walked through the crowd. Loads of their well known material played too. Loved it

Rated 1 out of 5 by Huddsy from James in Llandudno Arrived at the venue And after bring entertained by the support act ( slow readers club) we waited for James to come on stage I found their lack of older hits to be detrimental to my entertainment as did many many others Therefore I rate this as a poor gig to have attended (This is a very consise version as my previous more in depth( and tbh kinder )review was moderated and rejected ! An honest review but not allowed
