Nadine Shah Tickets
Rated 5 out of 5 by michaelpod from The Joni Mitchel Hejira concert at London's Royal Festival Hall Hejira is one of my all time favourite albums and this tribute concert at the Festival Hall included only one singer with whom I was familiar - Lisa Hannigan. Lisa was on first and didn't disappoint, but then out from the shadows came Nadine for her numbers. I was blown away and have been in love with her, her voice and music ever since. She was quite evidently shy and not a single trace of an ego - when all the singers came back on for the encore, she modestly hung around in the shadows. She needn't and shouldn't have done. I have since gone on to explore her first two albums which are quite stunning in every sense. Today I managed to get tickets for her forthcoming gig in Brighton (in October) and am counting the days already. Better still, she has a new album coming out in August. A rising star – a beautiful person – and a powerful, unique presence.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mark18 from Sublime Shah The Nadine Shah gig was the most amazing show I've been to recently. Nadine really wears her heart on her sleeve for me it was the most emotional performance I have ever seen. The venue is intimate and the ideal location to see a star like Nadine Shah. Can't wait to see her again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by alycela from Nadine Shah takes over the Union Chapel Sitting six rows from the front of the Union Chapel lent a highly intimate feel to this fantastic gig. Nadine Shah came on stage with a gin and tonic and a dirty laugh. Her voice soared through the chapel, taking everyone's breath away and making my hairs stand on end. In between each powerful, throbbing song, she chatted happily to the audience in her soft Geordie accent, laughing at herself and her family who were sitting up in the gallery. In short, she charmed everyone in the audience and was even better in the flesh than on her highly accomplished record.
